The beer of Ghino di Tacco

Bracciafiere is not just a beer, but a sensory experience to discover the medieval atmospheres of which Ghino di Tacco, with his indomitable and proud temperament, was a great interpreter. Created in his honor by the Master Brewers of Azienda Agricola Saragiolino and produced in Torrita di Siena with artisan method, not pasteurized or filtered, Bracciafiere tells the ancient feudal world with intense and spicy aromas.
Opalescent amber with orange reflections, it contains the sweet fruity hints of orange peel and the rough woody notes of juniper berries and oak scales. Black pepper and coriander finally give it a bitter and refreshing aftertaste.

Ghino di Tacco’s tribute to Dante Alighieri

Settecento is the beer produced in 2021 to celebrate the 700th anniversary of the death of Dante Alighieri, who wrote the most prestigious testimony of the deeds of Ghino di Tacco in the Divine Comedy, in verses 13 and 14 of Canto VI of Purgatorio.
This beer has been created by the Master Brewers of Azienda Agricola Saragiolino and left to mature for over a year in wooden barrels, in the ancient dungeons of the Castle of Torrita. The method gives Settecento, an amber beer, lightly sparkling and with an evanescent foam, wild aromas, and a pleasing sour taste.
It is excellent in combination with blue and semi-seasoned cheeses, dry pastries or as a meditation beverage.
